Before the Devil Knows You're Dead

Bộ phim Before The Devil Knows You're Dead là một tác phẩm tâm lý khắc họa câu chuyện bi thương về một gia đình, nơi sự tin tưởng vào những báu vật thân yêu nhất đã bị phản bội. Tại thành phố New York, Andy, một nhà môi giới tài chính khôn lỏi, đang rơi vào cảnh túng quẫn. Trong hoàn cảnh bế tắc, Andy đã lôi kéo người em trai Hank cùng thực hiện một vụ đột nhập vào tiệm trang sức ở vùng ngoại ô, nơi mà Andy tin rằng việc hành động sẽ dễ dàng hơn. Một sự trớ trêu éo le, chủ nhân của tiệm trang sức này lại chính là cha mẹ ruột của hai anh em. Và rồi, khi kế hoạch tưởng chừng hoàn hảo của họ đổ bể và gây ra những hậu quả nghiêm trọng không lường trước, cả hai buộc phải đối mặt với cuộc truy đuổi gắt gao của lực lượng cảnh sát và cả người cha nghiêm khắc của mình.
